Thanks V, this has been a superb explanation of the DIFM opportunity for the whole team.

I’m curious to know your early thoughts about the role of the DIFM agents in this model. Now we have a dual model with hosting companies as customers and SMBs as users/end customers. Do you see this model replacing the SMB for the agent as user or we should take into account all three players (DIFM company, agent and SMB). This is critical from Product perspective. Thanks!

Amazing talk!

I have a doubt, when you talk about the Seahowk case, it seems to me that the Report is used as a spearhead to ultimately replace the All-in-One plugin with ours, is it correct or I have perceived it from wrong way?
