Thanks Sebas, awesome presentation! I could think of many questions but a few stood up: There are a couple of partners with issues removing accounts in the integration process. I wonder if you received feedback about how partners feel about this, do they think negatively as a marketgoo problem? Is there anything we could do to help or monitor future integrations? (E.G: looking for “zombie” accounts which doesn’t have log-ins for a long time). Looking at the charts, it seems like we follow trends for each partner “health” about new sales. From Sebas: It is not a marketgoo problem (so no hard feelings from them). e.g. they lack an internal person to do the cancellations for them, or an internal error. We have no intention to auto remove zombie accounts, and it’s up to our Partners to manage. We will help them activate as many as they can, but we should not be taking on a loss because of that. My questions:

  • Business with our App product is plateau and that is concerning.
  • What can we do to make the trend a growing one, from business perspective?
  • What can we do to make the trend a growing one, from product perspective?
  • Specifically, what’s the plan with HostGator to prevent from the losing business trend?

From Sebas: By looking at well performing Partners, we are trying to get the recipe for what makes a successful Partner. We need to determine our CAC for instance. We want to incentivise the Partner to maximise their ROI. BH has strategies that they know work for them, so if we ensure that the pricing is good for us, and the platform fee covers our cost, and then they can work out the details that work best for them.
