Nice job there, Jaime. I am curious about the “more agile/lean” way of doing things. Could you ellaborate a bit more about this? Do you mean having daily meetings? Working on Sprints? Thanks!

In the Exec track, Wences mentioned how this last year was the year we added the most team members to marketgoo and you did a lot of the hiring, and now you have the most experience doing it. Can you share your hiring learnings from this year and where you think we have room to improve the process (from job posting, to interviews, to onboarding)?

Out of curiosity, what are the roles/responsibilities of a site reliability engineer and how do you determine the need for that full time role?
