Thank you Jaime, I was happy with the presentation until I saw your slide transitions hahaha

Jokes aside, can you explain more about your ideas or actions to improve the decentralisation of decisions within the team?

And also, thank you for bringing always an honest and straight perspective about the project and placing those appealing questions.

From Jaime: we want to give the prod teams enough ownership and autonomy to manage their own topics. Jaime makes every decision, but we could spread that across different pipelines in parallel.
We’re thinking of giving more autonomy to the team in the different technologies. Instead of Jaime managing 9 team, maybe splitting between Front and Back would make it faster to manage and make tech decisions that affect all our product lines. That would give Jaime the chance to step back from daily to-dos and focus more on the bigger picture.

Great presentation, Jaime. Let me tell this is one of the greatest dev teams I have encountered in my life and it’s a pleasure working with you.

It is also very smart from you to be interest in metrics to measure how successful is the work we are doing. It’s hard not to know it yet, but we will get there for sure.

I’d also like to ask you about the decentralisation and timeline about this.

Great presentation Jaime, I really liked the term “survival mode”, very representative.

I have a question regarding the Specialization, is there any temporary planning to address it?
