Hey W, thanks for sharing all this info and combine it with your feelings. I have to confess that it tranquilizes me to hear some of your comments with a more elevated perspective than mine 🙂 A couple of questions: What are you thinking about encouraging the team to invest more our resources? Something similar to a budget? What guidelines do you think should be taken to avoid overspending just because it is encouraged? I like where this is going tho. How do you think the next two stages of the crisis (recession and new normality) could impact… Read more »

Thanks Wences! as always, very revealing talk.
I would love if you could go in depth about WordPress sales stuck, as forecasts the last two Q’s were more optimistic about this.
Are they stuck because of negotiations with partners?
Is more due to some lack on features or performance in our product?
Has the COVID crisis had more impact over this project?

Great capture on the big picture Wences, but you need to say more odd things in order to support your (false) claim that you are not comfortable in English–throw in some versions of “periodico” and “dolores” to make it authentic. I can help with that ;P The language conversation is interesting. When I joined marketgoo the first time I was the only one not speaking Spanish and I honestly really liked it (even if it was hard). However, we are growing more international and language is important to define. My question would be what your vision is for… Read more »
