From Yaye: It’s a good way to measure our performance, alignment and accountability. For more difficult roles that don’t connect directly to hard numbers, we are evaluating a team-based number. Everyone will have direct input into their number.

Congrats Yaye, well explained. I’m also curious about the “Everybody has a number” thing. Do you have any examples about this? Would it be individual, on a team-based…?
Also, in terms of economics, do you see ourselves away from dangerous territory or should we start to fasten our seatbelts?
From Yaye: we are not in danger. However, we are in a ‘flat’ situation and we need to grow.

Congrats Yaye!! Very nice presentation. I have two questions:
On about 09:20 in the video when showing the Variation Rev. YoY of -1.40% I presume much of this variation is due to Dollar vs. Euro parity, right?
Do we have specific strategies to account for this? For example, keeping Dollars in a specific Dollar account and operating with Euros only so that we can leverage a better parity change later on?
from Yaye: yes, that accounts for the variation, we keep the MRR record in USD. The odd thing was that we’re flat, but we beat the record in USD. With the change to EUR, we’re behind in our YoY economics.
Great track Yaye, thanks. I like that you take over the Executive track, it will help us have a great view on operations and project performance 🙂
Congratz on your first exec track, Yaye!
Could you please elaborate on the Everybody has a number methodology? What is this about?
Thanks!
