Hey E, thanks for your talk. So good to know more about Success vision.
Qs:
In the ‘Time to Value’ KPI, what do you have in mind by value? I think there is a project that is quite aligned called “quick win in the wizard” cc @oscar
How can you separation user churn related to our product individually and churn that is related to the hosting plan?
I think we need to sync together for the Product metrics Rock. I see plenty of overlapped work here 🙂

You are running some great initiatives now Edge!
The proactive approach to empowering the support teams among our partners is already showing good relationship impact, and I expect things as the partner support manual, the success cases and direct realtionships to also impact our MRR.
Q: In addition to training and preparing partner support team, do you also envision that we could train their sales teams as well?
@Sebastian Yes! definitely! That would be the ideal combo!
I would be really keen on imparting our partners our sales strategy and highlighting it during the trainings to complete an onboarding of partners. At the end of the day, our goal is to have them “depend” on us for selling our product effectively on their end.
