I know that you were happy in your previous job position, so what can you share about your decision to take the move?
And what is the gap that you see between the marketgoo we talked you about in the hiring process and the one you are experiencing? Basically, how is the real vs the expectations given (so far)?
Yes, my main concern when making the move, was not to lose the product culture that I had in aplazame and also jump in to a team where I could be confident but also challenged to grow up. I found all those things in the interviews plus a really nice product to take to market fit.
That was a really nice balance between a product challenge and a great team to accomplish those things.
The expectations given are truly according to the reality, just getting use to the asynchronous life 😀
