Thanks David for your kind words! I’m so lucky to be part of this great team.
Contratulations for this great presentation. I have a question: As part of wisdom growth, the last months we’ve learn how to (and how to not) launch a product. Could you give us some examples of things that we have done well and other things that we should improve?
we were able to reorganise all the team under a common strategy and goals
we have organised a launch plan
WP was a huge MVP which we will manage better in the future

Sometimes systems and methodologies could put us apart. I loved the people headlines part, it is all about people.
Congrats on progressing so well in scaling the Product team.
As the ProductDev teams grow in size, how do you think the increased complexity and potential friction could affect our overall performance and Culture?
If we were working inside an office, we would be quicker maybe. As we grow, Prod decisions are taken in silos, but the rest of us are losing those decisions and changes. We are having a lack of prod, SEO and industry understanding.

when we talk about defining a churn goal, did we use a benchmark? how do we define that?
